Check out before and after photos of the sailing vessel "Ballena". All work was completed in the Work Yard at "Marina Seca" and at the docks of Marina San Carlos.
Before: s.v. "Arctic Grayling" , derelict and unseaworthy, was purchased by a brave couple from San Francisco in 1996.	During Renovation in the Work Yard: renamed "Ballena" , the hull was faired and repainted, engine, water and fuel tanks rebuilt, re-rigged, electical rewired, wood refinished, and the list goes on....
